Hajj Pilgrims Asked to Maintain the Good Name of JakartaMeanwhile, to ensure whether there are any victims from Jakarta related in tragedy of Mina, Haj Management Committee (PPIH) is conducting data collection.
To prevent more victims, PPIH keeps coordinating not only with the officers on field. But also with Difa Madani or kind of disaster handling agency in Saudi Arabia to get information, especially in unreachable areas.
He mentioned that Saudi Arabia PPIH since earlier anticipated the crowd of pilgrim throwing jamarat by issueing prohibition for throwing jumroh aqabah at 8-11 AM 10 Dzulhijjah. Because at that time is the time where pilgrims flock to Jamarat. On Dzulhijjah 11 and 12, Indonesian Pilgrims were appealed not to throw jumroh starting at 1 AM-4 PM Saudi Arabia's Time.
